The International Committee on the Rights of Sex Workers in Europe includes 104 organisations in 33 countries in Western, Eastern and Central Europe and Central Asia.

ICRSE is a member of the Global Network of Sex Work Projects (NSWP), the Platform for International Cooperation on Undocumented Migrants (PICUM), Correlation, the European Network for Social Inclusion and Health and the International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association (ILGA).
In 2017, ICRSE became member of the European Union HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis and Tuberculosis Civil Society Forum.
