On Wednesday, 4 October 2017, ICRSE joined the 20th European Health Forum in Gastein, Austria and presented the need and demands of sex workers in regards to health. The panel ‘Nobody Left Behind: Improving access to healthcare for underserved people’ included spokespeople working with diverse marginalised communities such as prisoners, undocumented migrants, LGBT people, homeless and drug users.

SZEXE, the Hungarian sex work organisation carried out a community survey in 2017 among sex workers both working outdoors and indoors. The results shed light on where and under what conditions people sell sex in Hungary and what social and legal changes they desire.

ICRSE is proud to have contributed to this new academic anthology 'Assessing Prostitution Policies in Europe' edited by Hendrik Wagenaar and Synnove Janhsen. ICRSE's chapter, co-written by Luca Stevenson and Agata Dziuban, focus on the history and challenges of the sex workers' rights movement in Europe and Central Asia.
