ICRSE present on needs of sex workers ageing with HIV at EATG Conference in Kiev

Between the 3rd and 6th of May 2018, Iin Kiev, Ukraine, ICRSE joined a conference coordinated by European Aids Treatment Group titled of 'Ageing with HIV: New challenges and unmet needs of people 18 - 50 years living and ageing with HIV/AIDS'

ICRSE Coordinator, Luca Stevenson, presented on the needs of sex workers, including sex workers living with HIV and the imapct of criminalisation, violence and poverty in a panel including speakers from other key populations and marginalised groups including prisoners, people who inject drugs, migrants and trans people. Panel participants included Maureen Louhenapessy (AIDS Prevention Platform, Belgium) on the unmet needs of multi-vulnerable migrant, Nataliia Moisieieva (Childhood without AIDS, Ukraine) on HIV and access to care and treatment for prisoners in Ukraine, Stephan Ballet Djedje (Africa Advocacy Foundation, UK) on the experiences and challenges of African migrant MSM in accessing HIV prevention screening and treatment services, Juno Roche (CliniQ/SWIFT/Sophia Forum, UK) on the needs of trans women agein with HIV and Anton Basenko (Alliance for Public Health and Ukrainian Network of People who Use Drugs) on the needs of people who use drugs
